Une ferme moderne dans un quartier historique de Houston

Julee Ireland est une designer basée à Los Angeles et à Houston. Se focalisant sur chaque détails, de l'évaluation de l'espace initial aux touches finales, elle apporte une version moderne des espaces luxueux.

Quand Julee a découvert cette maison de quartier à Houston Heights, ça a été le coup de foudre. Elle savait que la communauté familiale riche en touches historiques était l'endroit parfait pour une charmante fermette moderne. Le design a été largement inspiré par l'époque où Julee travaillait dans un ranch de chevaux, aux bords rappelant une étable et à l'extérieur blanc éclatant. L'élément d'encadrement final était un porche enveloppant afin d'inciter les familles du quartier à se réunir.

I wanted to bring your eye in and up so I designed the house with a large wrap-around front porch and three french doors that led you into this gorgeous kitchen with a large marble waterfall island, dining and living space, with white oak chevron floors, and 24-foot ceilings with an amazing white oak ceiling feature."
